Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed and shipped the next business day.

No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery of the order.

Returns will be accepted as long as the shoe is unworn.

The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received or in a similar one.

The return will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of the return.

Sizing is an issue with this brand

Hello, I purchased 2 pairs of Jungla shoes, one in blue and the other in green. Unfortunately this brand seems to run on the smaller side. I would suggest that your company put as part of the description that it would be best to order a size up. I really liked them but have had to return them as a larger size wasn’t available. I did give a review for the other pair I bought, and due to a bad head cold( foggy brain!) I only gave a 1 star, which wasn’t my intention. I would have given it 4 stars so in giving this pair the full 5 stars, I hope that it will rectify my mistake. The customer service was very good. Thanks, Lorna

Unfortunately I had return these shoes as they were too small. I realized as soon as I opened the box that they were a small make. I ordered my usual size but didn’t know this brand. I would put a note regarding this shoe or possibly this brand to recommend to order up a size. I wasn’t able to exchange for a larger size as they were sold out. So it has been disappointing as I really liked the shoe. Would recommend this shoe but would have liked to know ahead of time that this particular shoe was a smaller make.
