Refund policy

Your entire satisfaction is our main objective. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you may return the products subject to the terms and conditions of the Bülle Chaussures Inc. Return Policy.

You have a time limit of thirty (30) days from the date specified on the purchase invoice to return any product purchased from the Website. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

If you have purchased the REDO free return insurance at checkout on your initial order, there will be no shipping charges and you will have options to exchange or get a store credit with a bonification or to simply get a refund. However, All products sold at a discount of 40% or more are considered to be FINAL SALE and are not refundable, in case of return only exchange or store credit will be offered.

In case you didn't purchase the REDO free return insurance at checkout, you will simply have to pay for the return label provided from the Return Centre. 

If a product purchased on our Website is defective and if you note this defect after having used the product or if you are past the 30-day time limit, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Unless specified otherwise in the Bülle Chaussures Inc. Return Policy, the other terms in the Conditions of Sale continue to apply.
