Shipping policy

Bülle Chaussures Inc. shall have the products ordered delivered by our selected courier at a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping, or free shipping on all orders above $100, to the address you will have specified with your order for any locations in Canada and in the 48 continental states of the United States of America. For the states of Alaska, of Hawaii for Puerto Rico and for all other US Territories as well as for all the other countries we service, other shipping charges are applicable and can be selected at checkout. 

All our expeditions are sent with the mention "no signature required". No deliveries shall be made to a post office box. Delivery shall be made only within the territorial limits of Canada, of the United States of America or of the other countries we service as indicated in the country selection menu of our website.

Shipments are leaving our facility on every Tuesday and Friday. From the time you receive a shipment confirmation, here's the expected delivery timeframe:

Canada delivery window:

• Ontario & Quebec - 3 to 5 business days
• Maritimes - 4 to 6 business days
• Western Canada - 7 to 10 business days

United States of America delivery window: 

• East coast- 3 to 5 business days
• Southeast and Midwest - 4 to 6 business days
• West coast and other states - 7 to 10 business days

International delivery window:

Except for any provision specifically provided in the Bülle Chaussures Inc. Delivery Policy, the provisions of the Conditions of Sale continue to apply.
