Shipping & Return policies

All products sold at a discount of 40% or more are considered to be FINAL SALE and are not returnable and/or refundable. 

Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed and shipped the next business day.

No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery of the order.

Returns will be accepted as long as the shoe is unworn.

The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received or in a similar one.

The return will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of the return.

Confortables à souhait! C'est vrai que le cuir verni fit plus petit mais après quelques jours à les porter, elles se sont assouplies et elles sont maintenant juste parfaites.

Beautiful Shoes - but fit small!

I ordered these shoes in Bordo for a wedding I'm going to. I own another pair of Dorking shoes, so I ordered the size I have in those. Unfortunately these shoes are much too small. I always wear a 39 shoe, but I don't even know if a 40 would fit. They're too narrow and too short for me - too small to consider stretching. I should have looked more carefully at the return policy, but since they're more than 40% off, I can't return them. They are lovely shoes - but definitely not true to size. Very disappointing.

Hi Mrs. Dempsey. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We totally understand your disappointment. As a matter of fact it will prompt us to review 2 things on our site.
1. We will include a note on that shoe about the fact that the ones made in patent leather are fitting smaller and will not stretch either.
2. We will review our return policy altogether to also include items on sale. From now on, we will accept returns on every orders with a $10 return fee. You will be contacted by email shortly to organize that for you!
