All products sold at a discount of 40% or more are considered to be FINAL SALE and are not returnable and/or refundable.
Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed and shipped the next business day.
No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery of the order.
Returns will be accepted as long as the shoe is unworn.
The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received or in a similar one.
The return will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of the return.

J'ai acheté mes bottes en magasin et rendu chez moi, je les trouvais trop grande. J'ai demandé si je pouvais les retourner par courrier puisque j'habite Montréal et les gens de chez Bulle ont été d'une aide des plus apprécié. Le retour n'a pris que quelques jours. J'ai reçu mes bottes et elles me font parfaitement. Les bottes sont très belles, de grande qualité et semblent très chaude.
