No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery of the order.
Returns will be accepted as long as the shoe is unworn.
The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received or in a similar one.

I had tried a pair of the bulle hope boot on in our local store but they didn’t have my size. The pair I tried on was just a little too short but otherwise very comfortable. So I took all the info and came home and found them online. I ordered one size bigger. I’ve just had them for three days so haven’t worn them a lot yet. Mostly inside. But I did wear them when I took the dog for a walk in the snow. They are very comfortable and kept my feet warm. The size was just right. Ordering was easy and I was kept informed when they would be delivered. So far I love the boot. By the way I ordered red and they look great.

Beautiful looking boot- unfortunately too big but re-ordering!
I purchased the boots in gray. I received and they really looked as good as they do online! They seem to made exceptionally well. And the price point is quite good given the cost for other leather/well made, winter boots out there. I unfortunately had to return due to fitting quite large. I used the size guide and measured multiple times but they were still quite large. I typically wear a size 4 in UK sizes , a 37 in EU sizes and a 6 in Canadian/American sizes. However the 37 went back and I am ordering the 36. For reference I wear a 6 in Converse and a 37 in Uggs and a 36 in Fly London. Hope this sizing reference helps others. Once I get my replacements and use for a while, I will update!
The only other issue I had was with ordering. I ordered and was waiting and worried that my order was lost as I heard nothing. I called and emailed. About a week and a half later I was told they had been closed for the holidays. I would have appreciated knowing this when placing the initial order. Other companies had a disclaimer that they wont be re-open to start shipping until such and such date hut still accepting orders. I find setting expectations during closures helpful.
