Shipping & Return policies
All products sold at a discount of 40% or more are considered to be FINAL SALE and are not returnable and/or refundable.
Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12 pm will be processed and shipped the next business day.
No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery of the order.
Returns will be accepted as long as the shoe is unworn.
The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received or in a similar one.
The return will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of the return.

A nice lady at my gym was putting on her boots. They were red and I told her how cute they were. She told me the story of how she found them and showed me the bottoms with the retractable ice cleats. Since I just slipped on the ice and fell I knew I had to have a pair. I went on the internet found them and I purchased 2 pairs. When they arrived I could not believe how light, comfortable and warm they are. For my size US 10, EU 41 they do not look long and big. I showed them to friends and they purchased 2 pairs.
