The upper is crafted from C.W.L. (Cotton Worked as Leather), a vegan alternative to leather made from 100% organic cotton canvas coated with a resin of P.U., corn starch and ricinus oil. At 54% bio-based, it offers the look and resistance of leather without any animal products. The crisp white base is finished with subtle Brittany blue accents, giving the shoe a fresh, nautical-inspired character.
Matching C.W.L. and coated-canvas panels frame the upper, while the signature V logo is rendered in Amazonian wild rubber. Inside, the insole blends Amazonian rubber, sugar cane, recycled E.V.A., organic cotton and other bio-based materials for cushioned, breathable comfort underfoot.
The outsole combines Amazonian rubber, silica and recycled rubber for durable grip with a lower environmental footprint.
