Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed and shipped the same day.

No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery of the order.
Returns will be accepted as long as the shoe is unworn.
The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received or in a similar one.

I have the shoe in red (which is actually leans toward a hot pink) and it is gorgeous. It is also comfortable enough to wear all day teaching, and professional enough to not look like a sneaker. It doesn't have high arch support, but it is very comfortable.
