No returns will be accepted 30 days after delivery of the order.
Returns will be accepted as long as the shoe is unworn.
The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received or in a similar one.

I would recommend these shoes but ladies buy one size bigger. I haven't read the return policy as I can't see it but if I could I would return them for a 39 and then give these shoes a five star rating. They are super comfortable. I had tried them on at a local retailer but I guess with so many people trying on shoes they stretch...I bought two other styles in my size, 38, and they're a Five star rating as they fit true to size and are super comfortable. I stand 10 hours a day in them....
